Trying 😕

i’m trying to have a baby any ideas on how i can get pregnant? Me and my fiancé been trying for almost 5 months now .. we’ve been tracking my fertile days we had sex on the 7th (1st day fertile) and today’s the 12 (fertile window is about to close) my breast are very tender and my feet keep swelling i get dizzy a lot and i feel like i need to vomit .. are these pregnancy symptoms?
