I always check my tampon after I pull it own to debate what absorbency one I’ll put in next, and when I pulled this one out there were big almost steak fillet type chunks... is this normal? I’m kind of worried, and this period has been extreme heavy flow. I usually change a super or regular when I wake up, when I’m done school, and before I go to bed but I’ve had to use super plus tampons and change every time I use the bathroom which is about 6 times today alone... and my cramps have been insane! :(
