Had today sex, now I'm in pain in my ovaries. I'm supposed to start in 4-5days. I'm about to cry it hurts, like a severe cramping pain. Is this normal if it's semi rough sex (which it wasn't though imo)? Or should I maybe expect not to have a period? It hurts so much and only started after sex.

If it’s ur first time then ir would definitely hurt because u are not used to it, however, if you weren’t a virgin, then he probably just went to rough. You’ll be okay. Just keep ur period in check and any unusual symptoms

I suggest to stretch out. I've experienced that before it's just lke a speed that your not used too. and it crapms you up where your in a ball. but I suggest stretching. it'll go away after a while. you might still feel a little weird when you wake up the next day like the feeling is there just can't feel it as bad.
