what happens at the 40 week midwife appointment??

Have a midwife appointment today. What happens at this appointment? Meaning do they offer a sweep etc? ?  Thank youuuuu

I was offered a sweep however midwife did advise me this would be offered at appt. she couldn’t do a sweep on me though, she couldn’t reach my cervix. 
Other usual bits urine tested etc 
Asks you how you are? Any symptoms etc
Then she discusses what happens if you don’t go into labour naturally, books you in for 41 week appt and schedules a date for induction at 12 days overdue (max they will let you go over)
