Switching to the cup?

I’m a virgin and never used anything other than pads. My mom told me not to use tampons honestly and I’m wondering if it’d be hard to use the cup. Any ideas or tips on how to?

You should make the switch. Being a virgin has nothing to do with using the cup. It’ll conform to your natural shape/size through the heat of your body

I was the same way. I only wore pads before trying a cup. It's a little bit of trial and error for finding the one that will suit you best but stick with it because it's so worth it! 🍷

Just do a lot of research on what type you need. Ive read and watched everything that’s out there and my first cup worked. I use INTIMA Cup One. It’s specifically for beginners. They also have student discount (that I learned about only after I bought it 😭).
