Best ovulation test?

We’ve been trying for a few months now and have had no luck. We’re thinking about doing ovulation tests to narrow down the peak time. What’s a good test to use? And are you supposed to start at a certain time in your cycle? I’ve been kind of irregular lately...

I start day period ends and use easy@home

I did it for the first time this month and a big eye opener especially when teamed with temp charting. I used cheap internet ones from amazon and they were fab! Started after period had finished. They got gradually darker with a very almost positive on cd13 so I started testing twice a day then as it was close. Luckily I did because 10am on cd14 it was v positive and at 5pm cd14 it was negative again. Today is cd 15 and hoping it’s been ovulation day as I’ve had a temp dip and ovulation test was very very negative! They really do work x

I always start the day I stop bleeding and use the boots own brand if your in the UK they are amazing I would test about 1.30 in the afternoon and then again at 6 I always do that and catch my surge don’t use first morning wee as they are not like pregnancy tests and won’t really work good luck Hun Xx
