Second MC

So i had my first MC on mothers day weekend and exactly a month later was told i will lose this one too. My hcg levels were droppingand as of last week i was down to 100 but have never bled or expelled anything. I had spottingon the 23rd one time when i wiped and then never again. Wth is wrong with my body. I called OB and they wont return my calls or see me til the 9th of July
