My friend did my hair and she wanted me to pay $40. I didn't really like how she did it so I wanted pay her $30 but that didn't really make sense. Anyways I always pay her to do my hair. I told her to pick the money up and she never came because she was being lazy. Two weeks pass and I have a whole new hairstyle in , she texts me asking me for the money. I don't even have the money anymore unless I save up.. should I pay her or no?
