raspberry tea!?

about how much do you have to drink in order for it to work properly? who so far has tried it and it actually work?

I didn't try that, but I did try dates. 75 g starting at 36 weeks, only because I found studies about women who ate them going into spontaneous labor with lower intervention and less PP hemorrhage. not for mamas with diabetes though. Good luck for a happy and healthy labor!

I had a cup a day starting at 34 weeks, and two cups per day starting at 37 weeks. It strengthens and tones your uterus, which hopefully makes pushing more productive. I added cinnamon sticks, which tasted good, and I believe was supposed to help encourage labor.

I started at 28 weeks, 1 cup a day
29 weeks, 2 cups a day, 
30 weeks, 2 cups a day,
31 weeks, 3 cups a day &
32 weeks & counting , 4 cups a day.
I’m now 37 weeks so hopefully soon I’ll know
