after fighting with my soon to be ex husband for nearly 3 years to sign the divorce papers I get a letter in the mail today from a lawyer asking me to call her so we can speak so I had to look the number up to see if it was really a lawyers number little be hold it was so I jump on that phone and talk to her and she tells me that my husband went to her to file for a divorce and from her understanding I didn’t want the divorce... I stopped her in her tracked and said what.... I said then you tell me why in 2017 of November why I HAD filed for divorce and HE REFUSED to sign them she told me he said he “lost” them so any how she told me he is paying for it all I don’t have to pay a dime and she will be sending me the divorce papers in the mail there will be no court hearing because we both are agreeing on the divorce and after I get the papers back to her and after 90 days are up I’ll be DIVORCED!!!
