Has anyone ever felt their cervix while pregnant and if so, what did it feel like?

I am currently 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my first baby and so far it has been a healthy pregnancy. As I was in the shower, I just had the feeling to check my cervix and I did. My cervix felt like it was open and it was pretty easy to reach and I know it shouldn’t be that way considering I am pregnant. I haven’t had any complications, bleeding, or cramping; everything has been normal except that. Should I be concerned?

(Before anyone bashes me for feeling my cervix while being pregnant, just know my hands were clean and no I did not get soap in there.)
