IVF and work
We are planning on doing IVF in August. I was looking into intermittent leave because I work 6a-2:30pm (from home) and there is no way I could get my appt done before work. I know whatever hours you use for intermittent FMLA is deducted from your maternity leave. I have a lot of PTO so I’m wondering if I should just put the PTO in now (It has to be approved) and not even use FMLA. So basically just take 2-3 weeks off using PTO.
