This can’t be real!!!

I came across this and I’m actually sick at my stomach. We can’t post opinions of abortion. That’s ok i understand I don’t want to anyway. I’m not in that persons shoes. But they can post opinions of infant loss that happens by accident. How is this legit!!!!
