Im 15 and confused.

I was once 184 pounds in september

Bt in my school all be do is walk and walk and Its like a Campus.

So i stopped going to the gym and Ate Better food.

Recently. I’ve been starving myself and Running when i can.

I went from 184

To 180 1/2

Then to 176

And back to 179😭😭😭

I only have been Eating dinner and If I can a Chicken Ceaser wrap with tomatos and in a Spinach wrap (the Green Healthier tortilla)

But its not often i eat.

I havent eating breakfast in 6 years and i have been eating lunch ONLY on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the past 3.

Should i be proud or not for The amount of weight i have lost?

Like ifs better then not losing any...right?

My height is 5.3 ft. Ik Weight and height are supposed to work together and im not sure when i should try and Maintain or Keep losing.
