Vaccine question

My daughter had her MMR Vaccine at her 18 month appointment. She didn't seem to have any side effects at first, but after 10 days she started to become irritable, had a loss of appetite, and then started to get these spots. We took her to the doctor and they ruled out chicken pox and HFMD, but said it's either a reaction to the vaccines or it might just be an unidentified viral infection that will go away on it's own. Has anyone else had experience with this? I wouldn't be too concerned except for the fact that we have a newborn in the house and I don't want to risk passing something to her.
