Miscarriage dream?

Last night I had this awful dream. I dreamt that I was bleeding and went to the doctors and they told me they couldn't find the heartbeat. I'm so scared. I don't know if it could be because I had one before and I'm scared that it might happen again, or its warning me that it might happen... I'm so scared I don't know what to do:( anyone else had a dream like this and everything was fine?
