Day 4 of diarrhea for my 2 year old?

We’ve gotten passed the rash but she still has diarrhea. I haven’t given her anything out of the ordinary to eat lately. She’s not complaining of a tummy ache but her poop is sooo much and it’s super runny. 
What is going on?! Should I go ahead and set an appointment?

Must be a virus going around. If baby is acting normal and at least taking fluids and has no fever don’t worry much. My 3 yr old had diarrhea and was vomiting for several days this past week. He was still drinking water and taking small bites of food. Dr said unless the kids developed more serious symptoms such as fever and signs of dehydration there isn’t much they can do.
