3 hour glucose tolerance test tomorrow
I failed my 1 hour test Tuesday and am doing my 3 hour test tomorrow. Any advice on what I should eat today?? I'm anxious bc my diet has been good for the most part but the last 2 days haven't been fabulous 🤦🤷🤞
