Does anyone now how to heal damaged hair without cutting too much off?

Same, I haven’t been using heat at all and I’ve been taking care of it but I know eventually I’m going to have to get it cut. I just need to grow it out longer lol

When I bleached the shit out of my hair I used 2 different hair oils used lots of conditioner (got in washed with shampoo then put in the conditioner would put up my hair with it in and leave it in the whole shower time) I would also use hair masks 2 time a week, it slowly helped also leave in conditioner. But I finally got tired of the bull and cut it off.

Now my hair is healthy and slowly growing but In the long run will be healthier. Right now it’s at an awkward stage. But now
I’m eating biton hair gummies and washing 2 Times a week this also helps it grow. 
So tbh just cut it and let it grow healthy again.

There’s no way to “heal” hair once it’s damaged it’s damaged. You can prevent damage by using quality hair products to dye the hair and use lots of conditioner. I’ve also heard that biotin vitamin helps grow happy healthy hair.

I bleached tf out of my hair and it was so stringy when it was wet, I couldn't even brush it. I got some cut off and I leave conditioner in for a few hours when I wash it every second day. I can brush it when It's wet now and it's slowly but surely getting healthier
