Pregnancy after Preemie.

At 32 weeks I stopped feeling her. Was taken in for an emergency ultrasound...heart rate was fine but baby stopped growing at 29 weeks for no apparent reason. My doctor sent me to the hospital where I was monitored for about 20min, at this point her heartbeat dropped and I had an emergency c-section. She didnt need any oxygen and had no problem other than being 2.6 lbs and learning how to eat.

I try to google pregnancy after a premature birth but most answers come from preterm labor. However I did not go into labor on my own. She just stopped growing inside.

What is the possibility of having the same thing happen in a second pregnancy? Me and my husband want to start trying again but Im scared.
