Help I need answers

I have this boy I like him but he doesn’t like me in the same way. He just wants to have sex. I’m down for it but I’m so insecure about certain things. He goes to my school and rumors spread like wildfire. So do I have sex with him and maybe enjoy it? Or do I just not have sex with him and maybe regret it?
