Trying to conceive

I was only able to have sex one day in my fertility window which was the first day 4 days before ovulation due to me leaving on vacation but I also had sex 2 days straight after my period (don’t know if that would help conceive). I’ve been having weird cramps and AF Is due on the 21st, I’m starting to feel like there’s no chance because I didn’t have enough sex. I haven’t had any implantation bleeding like most people but I know everyone is different. My nipple have been sore and getting hard and painful out of nowhere so I don’t know if that’s a sign, don’t want to get excited and my boyfriend wanted to have sex yesterday but for some reason I felt so turned off and I’m not sure if that’s also a sign and I tested this morning but of course BFN (maybe it was to soon) just looking for some advice or anyone else experiencing the same thing. I kept telling myself that I was pregnant but now I’m loosing hope.
