Getting called a stereotype?!😑

Recently my husband and I found out we are pregnant! We’ve only been married about six months but we’ve been together for a while and I’m excited, he’s excited, we’re in a good place and as ready as I think people ever really can be for this🤷🏼‍♀️😂 But onto my rant. I called my friend, who used to be like my best friend in the whole world and we used to do everything together and tell each other everything. But then she moved out of state and started dating some jerk who none of us (her friends and family) like and he doesn’t treat her like he should, yada yada that’s a whole other story. So I called her and told her, thinking she would be excited for me, but no, she proceeds to laugh at me and call me a stereotype (for getting married young and having a kid young) and then when I tell her I’m excited she goes “well that’s fine then I guess, if that’s what you want?”😤 Like I get it, it wouldn’t be what she wants...but she couldn’t even be happy for me...sorry I’m married to a man who loves me and we have good jobs and own our home and are in a good place together and sorry we are okay with having kids young so that we have the time and energy for them as they grow. I dunno it just hurt that she couldn’t give me a little of excitement and act like the good friend I thought she was😕
