IBS and Gluten intolerance
Can these two conditions cause small amounts of weight gain? I was 129 pounds about two weeks ago and now I am 132 pounds. Is this normal? Or is it due to my IBS and Gluten intolerance? Or something else? I did weight myself four hours after eating though
