EIF and fluid in kidneys

I did all the testing for Down syndrome and everything before and I was very low risk but today I got a 24 week scan they saw the eif and the minimal amount of 4 mm in the kidneys. They told me not to worry and now I’m freaking out. Has this happened to anyone and baby was fine?
