Help please!!!

I've only recently had my coil out, 9th of May and the lady told me I would be fertile and could start trying straight away or wait a bit first, we had unprotected sex the following morning, night and Friday morning and Sunday, I had spotting of blood on the Tuesday/Wednesday but felt crap all week, can go from moody to emotional, cramps and dizziness, I started with clear white wet discharge and then today when I went to the toilet I had only what I could describe as snot coming from your nose hanging down about 10 cm thick and jelly fied discharge white with a touch of colour?? I automatically did a PT and negative, I wasn't expecting it to be positive but just incase.... does anyone have any thoughts? Am I ovulating or is this an early sign of pregnancy (this is our first time TTC) any advise be grateful thank you also I'm unsure on a period as haven't had one for at least a year thank you x
