Once I found out the gender at 20 weeks I started buying clothes, diapers wipes. 
By 25 weeks I was buying the crib , stroller , play mats and stuff and by 30 I was pretty much set with everything for my son to come home. I packed my hospital bag st around 30 weeks as well .

Second trimester I’m 17 weeks and we just got this stuff so far

2nd or 3rd, but don't go too crazy shopping. There will be a lot of things you bought that you don't need and a lot of things you didn't think you needed but you really do. Sometimes you don't know til baby is here.
