Feeling like crap

So I’m almost 16 weeks and I feel like a giant lump. I’m a big girl already but I feel both pregnant and bloated as hell. Whenever I eat I feel super huge, and I want to just let my belly out but I feel like I still just look fat. Being pregnant is weird.
