Neck Spasms I need natural remedy advice!
Having terrible neck spasms went to the chiropractor got a massage & an adjustment. Made it 3 % better ? icing it now & applying heat later. Took 1 Tylenol bc we're limited on meds we can take preggo. Any other suggestions? On a level 10 of pain ?
