11 weeks & 2 days! help!?

I'm so so so sick of nausea and being sick! has anyone managed to stop theirs or calm it and have ideas! it calmed down for a bit now it's back! when did it stop for You?? I need some hope I can't cope! I'm so scared of being sick it freaks me out so bad 😔❤

Mine lasted until about 22 weeks with both of my pregnancies. With my first, they prescribed zofran and it helped a lot. But now they don’t like to prescribe it. So, with this pregnancy I started taking pink stork prenatal probiotics every day and they helped me so much!

I too am fed up off it now I’m only 7 weeks. I don’t remember having  having it with my first at all. I have been drinking water like little sips at a time and taking mints and it seems to calm it for a little while.

I have suffered with HP for a while in this pregnancy and was signed of work for 5 weeks and admitted to hospital on two occasions, I finally found a couple of things that help me immensely. I found eating little literally every hour helped the most if I don’t I will 100% bring the next meal back up, I found wearing sea bands helped for a while but no longer need them as I’m managing my symptoms better. I make sure I drink at least one glucose drink a day to help with dehydration. Good luck ❤️
