hello! 6 weeks pregnant today, my first pregnancy and im getting period pains at night but no blood is this normal? also my stomach is sometimes bloated and i feel pregnant but then its days like today i feel normal like my nipples are quite sore but thats it.. no sickness and minimal bloating.. is this okay too? :( overthinking everything!! dxx
