CD 46 and counting- LH surg hopeful?

Hey ladies! My hubby and I (both 25) have been trying for the last 7 months since I had my IUD removed . I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 (family hx) my cycles have always irregular. I temp and use OPKs but we haven’t had any luck. 😥 My OBGYN gave me the usual “give it a full year” speech.

I’m wounding of y’all notice any pattern- I think the app has me “ovulating” too early in my cycle? Also has anyone had a long streak of LH like this???
