Im 14w2d & I Cramp Constantly And Sometimes They Hurt Like Hell . I Tried The Warm Baths & Tylenol DOESN’T Help At All . I Need Some Comfort ASAP .

Describe where about the pain is? Is it menstrual type cramps? Or cramp type pains in your pelvis / around your stomache etc? Sometimes stretching can feel like cramping, but they also come with shooting pains too sometimes. If you're unsure and need peace of mind you could give them a call and ask for advice. But cramping throughout pregnancy is pretty common and normal. If it's really bad though ask them for advice on what to do or to take a look for your ease xx

I’ve found a heating pad or warmed up water bottle against my lower back help best to take away any crampy feelings.

A hot water bottle. Otherwise you just have to get through it.
