Help with bloating?

I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant, and just wondering if anyone knows what can help with bloat? We haven’t told our families yet, and the bloating is so bad lol I’m not complaining because I’m so so excited to be pregnant. Just don’t know if there’s anything I can do to help with it.

I've been trying to solve this as well. I've been so bloated that a woman at my local supermarket knew I was pregnant even though I'm only 7 weeks 😕 A lot of it is pent up gas, so I've researched which foods cause gas, and my likely culprits are broccoli and asparagus. I'm going to try switching to spinach as an alternative veggy and see if it helps because it doesn't cause gas

Lots of water and walking and healthy food. But sometimes there is just nothing you can do about it 🤷‍♀️

Probiotic helped me a little.

I'd say fiber but that stuff makes me more gassy 😂😂 maybe that's what you need though. to push the gas out so it's not just sitting there. so try fiber 🤣🤣
