I have a midwife app on Thursday, and just trying to hold out contacting them especially if it's nothing.

For the past 2 days I've been getting really bad hot flushes, my temperature lasts for a while. I've been having extremely bad Braxton hick contractions for the past week, some make me completely stop what Im doing and takes my breathe away. I've heard it could be possible labour coming soon? Any advice ladies???
