What’s more of the reason behind u getting birth control?

To be safer. I became sexually active at 16 and that is no time for a baby. I’m still on it because I can’t afford a baby.

I had to have an abortion, so I wanted to make sure that I was being safe in the future. It worked perfectly for the whole time I was on it, 6 and a half years.

Cramps/period and to be safer. 
But do we like the additional hormones that make me lose my shit once a month? Nope.
