Best tampons for tweens?

My 11year old got her period 2 months ago and now that summer is here she is worried she won’t enjoy our summer vacations because her period tracker shows she will be menstrating during both vacations.
She asked about tampons for when she is in the water/water park. 
What is the best tampon for young beginners?

Playtex sport! I started using them when I was a young teen, I was on the swim team so I needed something that was both comfortable and protective while being active. I imagine your daughter will be active when you’re on vacation with your family. 
I had a really unpleasant experience with Tampax pearl tampons, I used them a couple times for swim practice. They open up into a rectangle shape and are hard like cardboard, even after being soaked up. They were sooooo painful to remove 😭 I still cringe thinking about it. Definitely don’t recommend those

When i first started using tampons i was scared so i used the smallest and then went bigger for which ever fits my flow, but this kind personally is great for beginners and forever after that :)
