Endometriosis

So I got told on April 2 that I have endometriosis by my doctor and that I will need to do surgery to see how bad it is me and my husband have been trying for a year and a half and with no luck. I was told that my surgery is gonna cost me 2,097 not including the hospital bill too ... idk I’m already scheduled to do my surgery on June 29 and should I go threw with it or should I wait and get on Clomid for six months and if that don’t work then do the surgery then ? I’m 24 years old and my husband is 28 .. I was told by my sister in law that we should wait and enjoy our life as we are young now then if it don’t happen in a year or two then do the surgery.
