Leaking breasts at 18.5 weeks?

I’m 18.5 weeks and I was laying in bed and all of a sudden I feel something wet on my shirt. Well I had two dots right on my nipple. Apparently I’m leaking out of one boob already. Anyone else have this

yip I have this too. a midwife told me you can get these nipple shield things that you put in your bra and they actually collect it and then put it in an ice tray and freeze it for when baby is born. if it's only a few drops might not work😊😊
