Labour at 33weeks 😔
On the bus home from work today, a lady behind me lost her balance and knocked me flat out. I couldn't grab anything to stop me and now here I am, admitted to hospital being monitored.
I've been given steroids as there's contractions going on now 😞
They've just told me that at
33 weeks I can't deliver in my chosen hospital with my chosen OB as there's no NICU facility. And most in my state are currently full.
I wasn't worried before, but now I'm terrified!
How can there be NO NICU beds! I live in Australia... A country with free healthcare, and this is my situation!
I know I sound ungrateful... I'm just terrified for my baby now!
