Leg pain

I get really bad cramps. I’ve passed out thrown up just really really bad cramps. I went to gyno wasn’t very helpful so I’m gonna find a new one. Often when I have severe cramps my right leg cramps up and hurts a lot my knee aches everything. Also sometimes when I sneeze I get a sharp pain on my right ovary area. Anyone else experience something like this? Could these be some symptoms of endo?
