I been at my job as a security officer for a year and a few months now and have been getting more and more depressed and tired of it for a while because of the people I have to work with are lazy af and it's feels more like a job when you are retired. I had a meltdown this Sunday that I just snap on my lazy co-worker and today told my supervisor thank you but I wanna leave the company ( I'm getting this feeling that the company is going down the drain anyway) the new supervisor spoke with the HQ and they don't want me to leave because I help them out the most in cover shifts and will change my hour so I don't have to work with the person but want me to write a incident report which I know I'm at fault for yelling and cussing😒 should I just quit and move on with my life not gonna be the last job get or keep dealing with these lazy coworkers?
