How and when to pump when son feeds every hour on breast

Hi all, how and when do I schedule pumping if my son who’s 3 months old now sleeps for an hour and feeds every time he wakes up and falls back to sleep? I believe my supply is not that stable because I’m running out of milk when he feeds after I pump and he gets frustrated and unlatches. Help
