could it be ring worm have you been around any kids or adults who have similar marks, reptiles, used mats like yoga, or cats or kittens who have hair loss. many other possible ways to get it but it could be try athletes foot cream and see if it helps

also it's very contagious so keep them covered and wash your hands after touching them

you need anti fungal cream. they sell it at pharmacies. it comes as an athlete's foot cream
