It depends on the person. My old fwb said he’s been tested and is clean but I saw something shady going on once and I questioned him and he got mad. He also has lied to me when he tried to date me that I was the only girl he was talking to when he was having sex with another girl at the same time, he’s also fucked a lot of people I know so I wouldn’t trust his ass with anything. To my knowledge I am clean. If he’s a normal man and not a lying man slut then I’d say to trust him until he proves he’s not trustworthy.

I mean my ex swore he was clean but I kept getting tonsillitis everytime I gave him head so... it’s not that I didn’t trust him but given the circumstances I was obviously in doubt. But when we first started dating and had sex we both showed clean bills of health from the doctor because we didn't know each other too well yet. But when we got back together after a breakup I just asked him to get tested and what the results were. I didn't need proof because I trusted him.
