When to introduce pacifier?

My LO is 3 weeks old. In the last two days she’s gone from sleeping 1-2 hours straight (after feeding/being changed etc) in her bassinet, to not sleeping for longer than 10-15 minutes without needing to be soothed by cuddles, rocking etc. She definitely isn’t hungry and refuses to eat if I offer to feed her before 1-2 hours after her last feed. My question is if I should offer her a pacifier to help her sleep so she doesn’t wake so frequently until her next feed? Currently basically having to hold her for an hour or two hours to force her to sleep because I’m worried she’s not getting enough sleep when she’s waking up so often in the bassinet. All suggestions welcome!
