Do I have a short luteal phase?? I’m trying not to think the worst. It’s my first time charting. Help please!

Nope 14 days is normal.  My luteal phase is 14 days.  I've had even a 13 day luteal phase, but so far for the past 6 months my luteal phase has been 14 days.

Read taking charge of your fertility or fertility friend has an online course for free that will teach you all this. The luteal phase is the phase after ovulation.

average is 14days but it can go from 10-16 days
