BBT question
Question for everyone! I have been temping and i feel like it is going well. I wake up at 515 everyday to take it even on weekends. Lately, I seem to have been waking up at 3 (sometimes 4) and then going right back to sleep. I haven’t noticed erratic temperatures, but I’m still worried it’s impacting them. Does anyone else have this problem? It seems to be happening more now that I’m post-ovulation. I guess I’m not sure if it’s more important to keep the time consistent, or if i should just take it when i wake up at 3 or 4 because it’s more accurate after a long sleep. Any advice would be appreciated!!!!!
