3 days late

Hi everyone, in three days late but all my tests have come back negative. I was on the implant for 5 years and it came out on the 6th June. Af came on the 14th for 5 normal days and been ttc after. Now I'm 3 days late but all tests negative, I'm not sure if my cycle is just messed up or what but I've been extremely tired for 2 weeks and had a cramp on my lower right side a week and a half ago which went away after a day. My periods were regular before implant. Help please I'm so confused!
