In the dark with azoospermia

My husband had his results come back yesterday and on the paperwork it said there was a zero sperm count and Azoospermia (I then googled what this was and we were obviously worried.) We weren't told any information just to do the test again. I just wondered if anyone had this result and then did the test again and there was sperm? We're 90% sure there won't be as we can't understand unless he has azoospermia why there would be no sperm at all but just wondered if anyone had this result and they did have some on the next test?
